4. Event Confirmation
An event or engagement shall be considered formally confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable advance payment and written confirmation from Segaro.
Payment alone does not automatically constitute confirmation unless acknowledged by Segaro.

5. Third-Party Services
Certain services may involve third-party suppliers, venues, hotels, transport providers, artists, production companies, airlines, caterers or other external service providers.
The availability, terms and conditions of such third-party services may be subject to the respective provider's policies.

6. Changes to Requirements
Changes to the agreed scope, event requirements, guest numbers, venue, itinerary, travel arrangements, production requirements or other deliverables may result in additional costs or changes to the agreed timeline.
Such changes shall be communicated and, where applicable, approved by the Client before implementation.

7. Client Responsibilities
The Client shall provide Segaro with accurate and timely information, approvals, documents, guest details, schedules and other information reasonably required for the execution of the engagement.
Delays in providing required information, approvals or payments may affect planning, availability, pricing or execution timelines.

8. Images & Project Representation
Photographs, videos and project information displayed on this website may represent experiences delivered by Segaro or its associated teams and partners.
Unless otherwise stated, visual material is intended to demonstrate the nature and quality of our work and may not represent the exact scope of every engagement.

9. Intellectual Property
